REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATIONS

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment date change or cancellation.
• If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment date, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee of $45 or 50% of treatment cost
• Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded. 
• We do not refund for change of mind or change in circumstances; we are happy to offer store credit for other services or retail.​
• The terms of our prepaid laser & skin courses is that the course is non-refundable and all treatments must be redeemed within 18 months of the first treatment. Should for some reason you need to stop treatment temporarily (e.g. pregnancy), have a chat with us and we can discuss putting your treatments on hold.
